I’m Dr. Annaleah Figueredo, ND. Through my years of clinical experience and my own messy health journey, I keep coming back to one question:

What is health, really?

Too often, the answer is missing something human. Health gets turned into rules, routines, trackers, supplements, and another report card we’re supposed to pass.

I created Dr. AF to help women take a deep breath, understand their bodies, and define health in a way that fits their actual lives.

Health advice gets a lot less useful when it forgets you’re human.

Most of us don’t need another rule. We need a way to understand what’s happening in our bodies, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what might actually fit inside a real life.

That’s what I’m here to help translate.

Sleep, stress, emotions, habits, food, movement, and body cues can feel confusing when they’re treated like separate problems. I teach them as connected parts of the same bigger picture, with clear education you can actually use.
